Hemingway once wrote a story in just six words (”For sale: baby shoes, never worn.”) and is said to have called it his best work.
One-minute fiction, flash fiction, micro fiction, short-short story, or whatever else you may call it; it’s an economy of words and a delicate urgency of prose that can be read in a couple of minutes or less.
Sometimes, the longest stories are the shortest.
